The wines of Barolo, true Italian monuments, express a timeless nobility. Bérêche & Fils, in Champagne, reveals remarkable precision and energy. And Domaine Castell-Reynoard, a close partner with whom the chef has created an exclusive cuvée — a symbol of the meeting between terroir and gastronomy.
