Cooking is first and foremost a story of family and passion. As a teen, Ludovic Turac understood that it could be his job.
He starts at the restaurant “Une Table, Au Sud” as an apprentice where he’ll come back after some detours in some great parisian kitchens – Le Bristol ***, Guy Savoy ***, Hôtel le Castelet *** – and by the season 2 of Top Chef
He is the youngest Michelin Starred Chef in 2015 at the restaurant “Une Table, Au Sud” that he manages wanting to put the light on the beauty of the terroir of Marseille.

A pomegranate juice in the streets of Jerusalem, the smell of wood smoked meat in Istanbul, the spicy Bao from Bangkok… These are all the unforgetable flavours I would like to share here with you.
I’ll take you on a journey inspired from my culinary escapes, in quest of tastes and flavours from far away … but with local products.
My most memorable discoveries are reinterpreted with “gourmandise” in a personal creation… I wish you a nice flight !

Une Table, au Sud

The reflexion of the golden orb on the wrinkled surface of the Old Port projected me far beyond the Bosphorus to meet the Golden Horn. There is no better dream to conceive the jewel box that is the restaurant of my friend Ludovic Turac, whose origins mingle with the intoxicating perfumes of the East, the gold and blue of Saint Sofia are no stranger to my reflexion.

The magic is made possible thanks to the generosity of our guest Ludovic, and with the delicate culinary compositions that are inviting to the travels. Let us discover once more, for a moment suspended in time, the romantic pleasures we could find on the Silk Road.

Happiness is made of simple things: some gold, some blue and a smile.
